Its not always easy to draw something every day, and scan it, and post it. Maybe its time for me to get an instagram or a tumblr......
Anyway, if nothing else, i'll start posting my margin doodles (from my current book projects). Its just like in school; as I write on a subject, images pop into my head, and i'll draw them in the page margins and tie it in to the story (see the arrow there)

Here's another sketch page from a book I'm collaborating on with my sister. The goal is to have enough of this together, by 1 month from now, that I can send it off to the publisher. As soon as I have something cohesive, I'll show you guys where I got my inspiration.(a rad artist. you may want to buy his book too!)
Starving artist fund:
sold a few ebay items today, and picked up a sweet new futon! Free new stuff is always nice.
Plus - my good friend "Mr. Wrench" gave me a few cleaning-out-the-garage items, which I havent decided whether to keep or sell yet. We'll see

character studies
This should be right side up, but I still get my camera orientation mixed up sometimes (and you can't rotate images in the blog).
These were doodles from this weekend, just stuff to keep my mind busy while I was at the old car swap meet, waiting for buyers to trickle past. Eventually this will develop into a webcomic blog
